Known Issues

  • The Blur text effect will be removed when loading a project saved in a previous version of LUXEA Free. To replicate the appearance of the Blur text effect, add a Gaussian Blur filter to the text clip.
  • The Blur parameters in the Outline and Shadow text effects may have an altered appearance when loading a project saved in a previous version of LUXEA Free. This also affects some text effects from certain Content Packs originally released for previous versions of LUXEA.
  • 10,000 file maximum for drag and drop into Media panel and Timeline.

Not Supported

  • AIFF, FLAC, and Microsoft GSM formats are not supported.
  • Hardware acceleration for the VP8 and VP9 codecs is not supported on AMD GPUs.
  • GeForce 840M and certain other processor chips do not have a hardware encoder, and will not support hardware acceleration.
  • YouTube does not allow video with MP3 codecs to be uploaded.
