ACD Systems Announces New International Business Development Manager, Pierre Ferland
VICTORIA, British Columbia – December 22, 2008 - Pierre Ferland, a leading sales and marketing professional for developers of graphic software, has joined Victoria-based ACD Systems as the new international business development manager, the company announced today.
Ferland brings his more than 30 years of experience in graphic arts software marketing to ACD Systems’ sales management team. Reporting directly to the executive vice president of ACD Systems, Ferland will manage worldwide sales, business strategy and business development through dealer channels and OEM partners.
During the last 15 years, Ferland has specialized in graphic production software sales and development with industry leaders such as Markzware and Ultimate Technographics. More recently, Ferland has been involved in the development of innovative inkjet print media. His field experience is complemented by formal education in business administration at the Université de Montréal École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC).
