ACD Systems Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Qast Systems Solutions, Inc for China
VICTORIA, British Columbia – May 9, 2006 – ACD Systems International Inc. (TSX: ASA), makers of ACDSee™ photo management software and Canvas™ technical illustration software, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Qast Systems Solutions, Inc., one of the largest software distribution companies in China to distribute several of ACD’s products in that country.
This new distribution agreement will deliver and expand ACDSee photo management software to Qast’s direct customers and its extensive reseller network. Qast System Solutions, Inc, offers distribution, direct sales and value-added reselling to customers in the rapidly growing Chinese market.
