ACD Systems’ VP of Marketing Transitions to Consulting Role
Victoria, British Columbia – December 4, 2006 – ACD Systems International Inc. (TSX: ASA), today announced that James Latham has elected to transition from Vice President of Marketing to Marketing Strategy Consultant. As the company has evolved, and the marketing team has been fully developed, the need for Latham’s full time commitment to Marketing Leadership within the company has changed.
“Having built a world-class team integrating ESD and Marketing Communications over the past 18 months, I feel that it is time to move aside from day-to-day marketing leadership, and focus on more strategy as a consultant”, said James. Since James was initially a consultant to the company, this transition was a natural one as the company has changed over time.
“James’ contributions to the company go far beyond marketing leadership, and his continued consultation and advice will contribute to our future success. As we discussed our goals and objectives, it was clear that this was the right thing for both the company and for James”, said Mark Franklin, executive vice president of ACD Systems.
