CeWe Color Partners with ACD Systems to Provide Online Photo Services
VICTORIA, British Columbia – Jan. 25, 2006 – ACD Systems International Inc. (TSX: ASA), makers of ACDSee™ photo management software, and CeWe Color Holding AG (SDAX, CWC, ISIN DE 000540 3901), Europe’s largest photofinisher, today announced a strategic partnership to fulfill the growing demand for an easy to use, high quality Web-based photo services experience. In the first phase of the partnership, the companies will produce software integrated with ACDSee Photo Manager that enables customers to order photo prints and gifts directly from ACDSee, without having to leave the application. The photos are printed at a CeWe Color operation, and then shipped directly to the customer’s home or to any of CeWe Color’s 60,000 photo retailers for pick-up.

The CeWe Color plug-in will be distributed beginning in February to CeWe Color’s photofinishing customers, and available as a free download from www.acdsee.com and www.cewecolor.com, and CeWe Color’s distribution network.
