If you’re an ACDSee Pro 5 or ACDSee 14 user you can easily ensure that your most important folders are safe and up to date in your ACDSee Online space using Sync to Web. Sync to Web is found in the Online mode of Pro 5 and ACDSee 14. Simply set selected folders to “Sync to Web”, and have all new or changed files in these folders upload to your ACDSee Online space at your command. Choosing which folders you want to sync and making Sync to Web a regular part of your post-production will ensure that all your important folders stay up to date and safe in the cloud. Peace of mind with just a few clicks; life should always be this simple.
Here’s how to set a folder to Sync to Web:
- In Online mode, click Login.
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Transfer tab.
- In the Folders pane in the bottom half of the screen, right-click a folder and select Set as Sync to Web Folder.
- In the Set up Sync to Web folder dialog box, set your preferred options.
- Click OK. Now, whenever you click “Sync to Web”, that folder and any others you’ve set to sync will be updated in ACDSee Online.
Sync to Web will only sync new or changed files, so you don’t waste precious bandwidth unchanged files into the cloud.
